Vouvant Cottage is a traditional home beautifully restored to offer comfort, charm and a little touch of indulgence, located in the historic village of Vouvant, officially classified as one of France’s ‘Plus Beaux Villages’.
This inviting 3-bedroom abode sleeps up to 6 guests and combines characterful original features with modern-day amenities. With the heart of the medieval village only a 5-minute stroll away, the cottage offers a perfect base for exploring the cultural gems and scenic beauty of the Vendée.
Step inside to discover an open-plan living space where timber beams, exposed stone and soft tones create an atmosphere of warmth and ease. The contemporary kitchen, complete with bar seating, opens onto a dining area and cosy lounge where guests can unwind with a glass of local wine and stay connected with Wi-Fi internet. Outside, the shaded dining terrace is ideal for breakfast after your morning trip to the boulangerie.
Upstairs, three attractive bedrooms provide restful places to retreat at the end of each day. One double features an en-suite shower room, while a second double and twin share a family bathroom.
