Indeed, the home unfolds across 300 square metres of thoughtfully designed interiors. The large living area flows seamlessly into the open-plan dining area and stylish kitchen, fully equipped for family feasts or lazy breakfasts. Six gorgeous bedrooms, including a children’s bedroom with table football, cater comfortably to groups of up to 14. Other impressive features include two TV lounges (one on each floor) and reversible air-conditioning on the first-floor. Every element, from the Thermomix and Nespresso maker in the kitchen to satellite TV and Bluetooth speakers, has been considered for comfort and style.
Outside, the courtyard-style garden is entirely enclosed and feels wonderfully private. The wooden terrace links indoors and out with ease, creating a true “inside-out” lifestyle. Cool off in the heated pool, linger over lunch on the shaded patio or rally for ping pong in the afternoon sun. In the evenings, the plancha grill invites relaxed al-fresco dining.
Perfectly positioned to explore the island, the villa sits within a 15-minute walk of La Bois Plage en Ré’s daily market, bursting with fresh produce, artisanal finds and island delicacies.
