Stay in the Côte D’Azur par excellence at one of the most incredible estates in the French Riviera with elegant modern interiors, high-end features and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
In the prestigious setting of the Cap Ferrat peninsula, between Nice and Monaco, Villa Le Cap exudes luxury in so many ways. Start off at the very top by the glorious heated swimming pool with extraordinary vistas of the sea and ample space to relax with sun-loungers and a cooling mist system. Wander down the steps (or take the outdoor lift) to the architecturally striking villa and be amazed by the sumptuous lounge with floor to ceiling windows and the raised dining room looking straight out to sea.
Seven gorgeous en suite bedrooms await including the especially impressive master suite with its two dressing areas, two bathrooms and spacious sea-view terrace with a hot tub. Then there’s the spa and fitness area where guests will find an indoor pool, Technogym equipment, hammam and sauna. Massages can also be arranged.
Indeed, the level of service here is second to none. A chef and butler are on hand to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, daily housekeeping is included and the villa concierge can assist with a range of bespoke requests from helicopter transfers and limousines to tailor-made holiday experiences so guests can make the most of their time in the Côte D’Azur.
In a prime hilltop position, it’s a short distance down to the stylish seaside resort of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, a beautiful spot which is as charming as it is fashionable. Discover idyllic bays such as Plage de la Fosse and Plage Paloma or take magnificent walks along the cap’s coastline. The peninsula is also home to the famous Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, one of the French Riviera’s most iconic villas.
There’s also a coastal walk as far as Beaulieu-sur-Mer, an elegant resort with its boutiques, weekly market and picturesque beaches, or head towards Villefranche-sur-Mer and the city of Nice. Spend the day experiencing the glamour of Monaco or drive further afield to Antibes and Cannes.
Not forgetting picture-perfect hilltop villages such as nearby Èze, La Turbie and the artistic gems of Vence and St Paul de Vence – this is the French Riviera at its best.

Villa Le Cap is in one of the most exclusive areas of the French Riviera, the peninsula of Cap Ferrat, between Monaco and Nice. Enjoying a hilltop setting, there are mesmerising views of the peninsula and Mediterranean from the villa and vast gardens.
You can get down to the delightful seaside resort of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat in around 1.5km where you will find a handful of traditional café-bars and stylish restaurants by the harbour as well as charming brightly coloured houses. Plage de Paloma is a much loved bay, as is Plage de la Fosse, otherwise you will find rocky shores and beautiful coastal walking or hiking trails as well as tranquil swimming spots. One of the Côte D’Azur’s most iconic villas, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, can be found around 2km away towards the north of the peninsula.
A walking path also leads to the elegant seaside resort of Beaulieu-sur-Mer (or a five minute drive). Browse the boutiques, have lunch out on a picturesque café terrace, visit the weekly market and spend time at the pretty beaches with their calm waters, especially the stunning Plage de la Petite Afrique.
In the other direction, Villefranche-sur-Mer is around 4km away, a lovely seaside town with many excellent restaurants near the port and an old quarter with steep cobbled lanes – head to the 16th century citadel for amazing views. Driving further west, Nice (10km) is easily reached, a wonderful city with its galleries, museums, flower market and parks.
Monaco (15km) is another fantastic day out whether you wish to soak up the glamour of Monte Carlo or experience the bustling ambience of the daily market in the traditional La Condamine district. In the hills behind Monaco is the small village of La Turbie, home to the famous restaurant Hostellerie Jerome.
Other idyllic villages to explore include Èze with its Michelin starred restaurant, Chèvre D’Or, as well as Vence and St Paul de Vence, both a paradise for art-lovers with the highly regarded Fondation Maeght and Matisse’s enchanting La Chapelle du Rosaire.
If travelling even further afield then learn about France’s perfume heritage in Grasse, visit the Picasso museum in the old town of Antibes or fall in love with Cannes and its high-end restaurants, glamorous boutiques and palm-fringed beaches.
