This light, modern, air conditioned and spacious holiday home enjoys an elevated position in the Massif des Maures with superb views across the valley to the forested hills in the distance, yet just a 20-minute drive from Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and the beautiful Golfe de Saint-Tropez.
Both house and garden are designed to catch every ray of sunshine this wonderful part of France has to offer. All the rooms are conveniently placed on one level and beautifully furnished with characterful touches throughout. The large living-dining space has panoramic doors and windows framing the fabulous views ensuring that inside and out seamlessly blend to provide a truly relaxing holiday experience.
There are three bedrooms, one twin and two doubles, including one with a fantastic en suite shower room and doors leading out to the garden and swimming pool. Dine al-fresco on the south facing terrace as you gaze out across the valley, play pétanque or relax by the sparkling swimming pool on warm summer afternoons. Surrounding the pool in the garden is lawn, Mediterranean shrubs and an ancient olive tree, a simple uncluttered design to maximise the views.
This feels like a restful spot yet it’s only a five-minute drive from a pretty village just perfect for picking up your warm breakfast croissants in one of the boulangeries, shopping for groceries or dining at one of its restaurants. Stop for a game of pétanque in a shady square and walk, cycle or ride a horse on one of the many nearby trails.
The sea, beaches and wonderful coastline of the bustling port of Sainte-Maxime are only 10km away. Swim in the crystal clear waters of one of its many beaches and try out some of the huge range of water sports or just while away the day at the 18-hole golf course nearby. Hop on one of the summer shuttle boats which whisk you away to glamorous Saint-Tropez for a fabulous day out.
Take a trip along the canals of Port Grimaud, the “Venice of Provence” or explore some of the more tranquil and exquisite inland villages such as Gassin and La Garde Freinet, accessed by picturesque winding roads meandering through the region’s forests of cork and oak.
There is just so much to see and do yet at the end of the day you know that you will return to the relaxing surroundings of your wonderful holiday home with a view at Villa Noisette.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa NoisetteVilla Noisette can be found in an elevated position, just off a country road that leads to a pretty village around 2km away.
It’s only a 5-minute drive to the restaurants, grocery store and boulangeries of this unspoilt village set in the heart of the oak and pine forests in the Massif de Maures. There are many hiking paths to be picked up from here as well as opportunities for cycle hire, tennis, horse riding and a game of pétanque.
Whatever your age and interests, this captivating part of the French Riviera will appeal to everyone. Less glitzy than many of its neighbours is the much loved picturesque little seaside town of Sainte-Maxime (10km) with supermarkets, a weekly market and a bustling port. You can so easily while away the day on the 18-hole golf course or one of its beaches, swimming in the crystal clear blue sea and trying out some of the many water-sports on offer here. The glamour of Saint-Tropez is only a boat ride away or drive to the fashionable beach clubs of Pampelonne (28km) with its expensive yachts moored in the bay.
The extraordinary Port Grimaud (17km) rose out of the sand dunes in 1966 and is known as the “Venice of Provence”. Take a boat trip along its many canals and admire the fishermens’ colourful houses before enjoying a drink or meal at one of the marina’s many cafes and restaurants. It is a heavenly destination for those who love water sports as well as offering the chance of more golf, tennis and horse riding.
For a more tranquil way of life explore some of the archetypal villages of the French Riviera such as Grimaud (17km), a medieval hilltop village with gorgeous views over the gulf of Saint-Tropez. Stroll along its flower-filled cobbled streets and explore the traditional French boutiques, bars, a good range of restaurants and Sunday antique market.
Gassin (20km) is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France so take a leisurely lunch on the elevated medieval Promenade Dei Barri and admire the panoramic vistas of the gulf below. La Garde Freinet (13km) is a charming fortified village in the heart of the Massif des Maures, accessed by winding picturesque roads which meander through the region’s typical forests of cork and oaks.
For an amazing day out away from the area, the Gorges du Verdon (96km) is Europe’s deepest gorge, a river canyon with cliffs and white water rapids. There is a spectacular road trip around the edge of the gorge by car or bike, hiking trails or the adventurous can paddle upwards in a canoe or kayak.
