Overview
Relax in stunning surroundings and experience all the wonders of the glorious Cote D’Azur from this coastal villa overlooking the Gulf of Saint Tropez.
Recently renovated in 2020, Villa Mojito offers stylish and bright interiors and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The focus is on indoor/outdoor living, with floor-to-ceiling windows flooding the modern kitchen and open-plan living-dining area with lots of light and teasing the scenery that looms outside. Leave the glass doors open to transition seamlessly from the cosy sofas inside to the outdoor terrace where the balmy Mediterranean breeze and panoramic sea views await.
With vistas stretching out across the bay and towards Saint Tropez, it’s a sublime place to unwind with family and friends over a glass of wine and some delicious food cooked on the barbeque. Two of the villa’s five bedrooms have doors leading out to the pool area outside, which can also be accessed via steps leading down from the terrace.
Nestled in the Gulf of Saint Tropez, this home benefits from a prime location with some of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful beaches and perfect swimming spots nearby. The closest beach can be reached on foot in under 10 minutes and features alluring turquoise water, golden sand and views of Sainte-Maxime.
The centre of Sainte-Maxime is just a 5-minute drive away and has plenty to offer including cafes, brasseries and shops. An old fishing village, it’s a charming place to wander around and enjoys a laid-back atmosphere. Plage de la Nartelle is north of Sainte-Maxime and is one of the nicest beaches in the area surrounding the small town. Azure waters make it great for trying various different water sports such as windsurfing, body boarding and surfing.
The ferry to Saint Tropez departs frequently from Sainte-Maxime and is one of the most enjoyable ways of getting to the popular town. Admire the glitz and glamour and marvel at the super-yachts coming in and out of the marina before sipping a cocktail or dining at one of the town’s upmarket restaurants.
And it’s not just the coast that is worth exploring here. Picturesque hilltop villages such as Grimaud and Gassin are must-visits while those looking to be active will enjoy the hiking paths or mountain bike trails of the nearby Massif des Maures.

There are also various festivals and events held in the town during the summer months. Saint-Raphael is tucked in next to Frejus and is a town rich in culture once home to many famous writers and artists.
Head further inland and you will discover many picturesque hilltop villages such as Grimaud and Gassin.
