Three of the bedrooms feature private balconies and the spacious master double boasts a terrace with sun loungers plus a walk-in dressing room and en-suite with jacuzzi-style bathtub. The house is also equipped with a gym and there’s even a luxurious home cinema built with your ultimate relaxation in mind.
Outside, the terraced grassy lawns dotted with olive trees and lavender plants provide a real Mediterranean feel. Appreciate the serene ambience as you swim in the saltwater pool and join family and friends to dine al-fresco on the shaded terrace.
Golf-lovers will rejoice in the proximity of the 9-hole course that neighbours the villa while other local delights include the vibrant street markets of Valbonne, a picture-perfect town just a 5-minute drive from the house. It’s lovely selection of cafés, restaurants and shops are the closest to Maison Arlette.
There’s plenty to do in the area, including visit the charming hilltop town of Mougins or spending the day exploring the enchanting countryside and pretty villages of Opio and Châteauneuf.
Grasse, famous for its perfume production, is just a 15-minute drive away, while the coastline with its beautiful beaches and glamourous towns such as Cannes and Antibes can be reached in half an hour’s drive.

About the surrounding area of Maison ArletteMaison Arlette can be found in an idyllic residential area, tucked in just off the road leading to the lovely town of Valbonne and just 15km from the glorious coastline of the Cote d’Azur.
The nearest supermarket is reached in just a 5-minute drive while golf enthusiasts will delight in the proximity of some excellent golf courses, including Golf Opio Valbonne and Golf de la Grande Bastide, both of which are a 10-minute drive away. The fairways of a great little 9-hole course also neighbours the house.
A delightful selection of restaurants, cafés and shops can be found in Valbonne, a picturesque and characterful town just a 5-minute drive away. The twisty streets, central square and medieval buildings are enchanting, while the lively street markets are not to be missed.
Nearby Opio is filled with cobbled streets lined with flowers. It’s renowned for its olive oil so be sure to pick some up from the mill when visiting the village, which can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
Other fascinating towns in the surrounding area include Grasse, Mougins and Châteauneuf. Grasse is just 15 minutes away and is a real gem, with a historic centre and interesting perfume-making heritage. Picture-perfect Mougins is brimming with art galleries and quality restaurants while the hilltop village of Châteauneuf features sweeping views of the countryside and Cannes in the distance.
The glittering coastline of the French Riviera can be reached in half an hour and boasts stunning beaches and chic cities, including stylish Cannes. Experience the glamour of the La Croisette promenade and visit the old quarter and port, where you can take a boat trip to Île Sainte-Marguerite.
The walled town of Antibes is 17km away and the glitzy marina at Juan-Les-Pins, sandy beaches and watersports on offer here make for a fantastic day out. Sitting further along the coast, Nice’s markets, galleries, museums and beach make it one of the best cities to explore in this charming pocket of the Cote d’Azur.

Action-lovers will enjoy the go-karting centre at Plateau de la Sareee near Grasse while the summer fairgrounds around Antibes feature fun and games for the whole family. Aquasplash on the outskirts of Antibes is a waterpark with slides and pools suitable for all ages.
Further inland and around a 20-minute drive away at Villeneuve Loubet is a tree top activity centre and adventure park called Le Bois des Lutins. With picnic tables and lots of space to run around, it’s a good place to bring sporty little ones.
