The ground floor serves as the heart of the home, with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors seamlessly connecting the chic interiors to the manicured garden. Flooded with natural light, the space features large sofas, inviting armchairs, and a dedicated TV corner. The other half of the room unveils a striking dining space for ten, complementing the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and gadgets for culinary enthusiasts.

The lower ground floor introduces additional spaces for communal enjoyment. A wine cellar beckons wine enthusiasts to partake in tastings, while a state-of-the-art cinema room sets the stage for cozy movie nights. Fitness enthusiasts can maintain their workout routines in the fully-equipped gym, rounding out the villa's commitment to offering a diverse range of entertainment.

As night falls, the villa offers five bedrooms, one conveniently located on the ground floor for those preferring stair-free access. The remaining four bedrooms on the first floor boast bright, airy atmospheres, neutral decor, and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable and private retreat.

Step outside to discover a meticulously landscaped garden spread across multiple levels, adorned with lush greenery, plants, and flowers. Outdoor seating and dining spaces are framed by this botanical oasis, with the focal point being the private pool which is beautifully lit in the evenings. The crowning jewel is the expansive roof terrace spanning the entire rooftop, featuring a bar area, outdoor sofas, and a dining table—a perfect setting for sunset cocktails and al fresco dining with breathtaking views of the surroundings.

This home offers guests the perfect local on the Cap d’Antibes; a few hundred metres away, you will find the nearest beach, the sandy Plage de la Garoupe. In addition, you will have many more family-friendly beaches and peaceful bays within walking distance. You can choose to dine out at beachside eateries, or travel 4km in to the centre of Antibes for dinner in a tucked away bistro within the medieval centre.

If you would like to see more of the Riviera, Antibes is a wonderful, central base, from which you can reach Saint Tropez, Nice, Cannes and Monaco by train or car.

At the end of a busy day there’s a vast choice of restaurants to suit every taste and budget from authentic bistros spilling out on to the street to Michelin starred establishments.

Soak up the historic side of Cannes as you explore Le Suquet quarter’s medieval lanes passing little shops, atmospheric restaurants, flower-filled balconies and old fishermen’s houses. Climb to the top of the hill by Église Notre-Dame d'Espérance for stunning views of the harbour, followed by a visit to Château de la Castre and its popular museum. This part of Cannes is also home to the colourful Marché Forville showcasing the very best gourmet delights of Cannes and beyond.  

Escape the crowds as you venture to Croix Des Gardes natural park with forest walking routes, botanical plants and glorious views across to the Lérins Islands. Look out for some fantastic boat trips from Cannes’ marina from whale and dolphin-watching excursions to family adventures on board a chartered yacht, sight-seeing ferries and romantic sun-set cruises.  

Beyond the city centre, visit the ceramic studios and National Picasso Museum in Vallauris, follow Picasso’s footsteps in the enchanting hilltop village of Mougins (loved for its galleries and gastronomy) and appreciate the artistic vibe of Biot with beautiful views of the French Riviera. Chic Juan-les-Pins, so loved by Parisians in the summer, is home to beachside restaurants and more watersports whilst keen walkers will adore the incredible coastal trail around Cap d’Antibes.

The peninsula has lots to offer for children, and not far from the villa, you can treat the kids to a day out to a number of attractions.  Aquasplash, Marine land, Adventure Golf and Kids Island can all be visited separately or you can buy a combined ticket if you would like to experience them all!

Security deposit The security deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Arrival time 5.00 p.m.
Departure time 10.00 a.m.
Minimum stay 14 nights in July and August. 7 nights all other periods.
Changeover day Saturday. All other changeover days on request.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
