What you should know…
- The villa sleeps up to 12 guests. There is also a seventh bedroom (with bathroom and kitchen) available on request. It is simpler in style compared to the rest of the villa and could be a good option for accompanying staff.
- Guests need to be able to manage steps both within the house and across the landscaped grounds at various levels – please also supervise children across the terraced gardens and on the roof top.

About the surrounding area of Villa AlbertineBetween Cannes and Antibes, less than 5km from the French Riviera coastline, Villa Albertine is in the heights of Vallauris with panoramic views towards the mountains and Mediterranean.
Part of a secured domaine, the natural beauty of this region is easily reached – the villa has direct access to a 3-hectare forested park with a hiking circuit and Roman remains. Within a 2.5km drive you will be in the heart of the French Riviera town of Vallauris, famed for its Picasso associations and ceramic studios alongside atmospheric restaurants and shops. The Musée National Pablo Picasso is just over 2km away whilst the seaside resort of Golfe-Juan and its marina are only ten minutes by car.
Heading west, Cannes (9km) and its iconic boulevard, La Croisette, is also a short drive away. Spend the day exploring this iconic city with its bustling Marché Forville, historic Quarter Le Suquet, boutiques, high-end restaurants, marina and sandy beaches with summer watersports. There is a variety of boat charters and excursions whilst ferries depart Cannes Harbour to the more tranquil Lérins Islands.
In the other direction is the chic seaside resort of Juan-les-Pins (6km), so loved by Parisians in the height of the summer. Discover yet more boat trips and water-based activities as well as beachside restaurants and a lively historic centre. Find time to soak up the charm of Antibes (7km) and its old quarter or admire Cap d’Antibes, home to luxurious villas, pretty bays and idyllic coastal walking trails.
Nice (27km) and Monaco (50km) are of course other fine days out, as are the many villages and towns of the Côte d'Azur hinterland. From the art galleries of enchanting Vence and St Paul de Vence, both just over half an hour away, to the gastronomic restaurants of Mougins (10km), the glass-blowing studios of Biot (12km) and the historic town of Valbonne (13km), especially loved for its Friday morning Provençal market.

Best Suited For: All AgesClose to Cannes, Antibes and the beautiful beaches of the French Riviera, this part of southern France is fantastic for families.
Starting off in nearby Vallauris, look out for sculptures and works of art inspired by Picasso before visiting the town’s Musée National Pablo Picasso. Furthermore, the marina and beach at Golf-Juan is around 5km by car whilst a little further are the gorgeous sandy shores and beachside restaurants of Juan-les-Pins (6km). Here you will find seasonal watersports (sea-kayaking, sailing, snorkelling, stand-up paddle boarding) and boat trips.
In the other direction, Cannes (8.5km) is a short distance away, home to palm-fringed beaches, more watersports and a great range of boat excursions and yacht charters. Nice and Monaco are great days out with museums, parks, beaches and other wonderful activities for children to enjoy.
There are plenty of family friendly attractions just north of Antibes, around 10km by car, such as Marineland, mini-golf, water parks, a farm and fairgrounds. Venture as far as Grasse for perfume studios, tree-top adventures and paint-balling or stay slightly closer to home for football pitches and two theme parks, Le Village des Fous and Le Bois des Lutins, both near Villeneuve-Loubet.

Absolutely beautiful.
The villa is absolutely beautiful. For a party of 9 we had so much space and everything we needed. We made good use of the spa and pool and spent the evenings up on the roof at the ‘champagne bar’ with its spectacular views. The en-suite bedrooms were all well furnished with comfortable beds and pillows. The villa is perfectly located, within easy reach of Nice, Antibes, Juan Les Pins and Cannes. The owners are very good hosts and have clearly put a lot of thought into making it a luxury experience, along with furnishing the villa practically with all of the home comforts you could possibly need.
