• Guests should be aware that there are no windows in one of the bedrooms
• While the apartment can accomdate up to 6 guests, the best and most comfortable configureation would be maximum 4 adults and 2 children, due to the size of the bunk bed and general layout. 
• The stairs up to the mezzanine level are quite steep, please take care when heading up there
• There is parking on site for your car, but there is a train station in Argentière so you can also head to Chamonix on the train, meaning a car is not necessary 
• There is a bus stop just outside the residence, therefore getting to the slopes is very easy, dispite being around 1 km away
