The chateau has two wings, which are connected by a music room. This room is a great place to meet up with everyone for drinks and nibbles, and entertainment is easy thanks to the Pleyel grand piano, at the disposal of seasoned musicians.
The elegant rooms have all been decorated by hand and refurbished with a contemporary touch that'll make modern visitors feel right at home. There's a huge attention to detail, including good quality beds (two four-posters) and linen as well as period and vintage furniture. Most of the property's bathrooms have been completely remodelled to include (among other things) a large shower. There is central heating for winter use and, should you feel the need, a blazing log fire!
- The discreet owners live in a small cottage on the same grounds. You may see them collect the rubbish at the chateau, but you will otherwise have your own privacy, as well as exclusive use of the pool and garden.
