Well-situated in one of Brittany’s most renown seaside resorts, Maison Courlis is a captivating five-bedroom villa capable of graciously hosting up to 10 guests. This retreat promises a replenishing blend of traditional French charm and spacious indoor-outdoor living.
Stepping into the foyer, guests are greeted by a warm ambience emanating from the spacious living room’s plush furnishings and tasteful décor. The elegant sitting area, abutted by a fireplace and library, is the perfect place to enjoy the flood of natural light granted by panoramic windows opening to the sun-drenched terrace.
An elegant dining area interconnects the living room and kitchen, where the culinarily inspired are given ample space to express themselves. Whether you’re whipping up some Breton pancakes for breakfast, a summer salad for lunch, or a holiday feast for family and friends, this kitchen is a marriage of style and functionality that won’t let you down.
On the ground floor guests will also find the first of five bedrooms, tastefully decorated and complete with a queen-sized bed. Ascending to the upper floor reveals four more bedrooms, two of which contain two single beds each. Another room comes complete with a pull out bed perfect for two people, and the master bedroom contains a double bed and en-suite. The bedding arrangement is perfect for families with children, who will also get to enjoy the devoted playroom also located on the upper level.
Maison Courlis' charm extends out of doors, where a verdant garden provides a serene backdrop for al-fresco gatherings. The expansive terrace, furnished with comfortable seating, is an idyllic sport for leisurely afternoons basking in the sun or evenings under a starlit sky.
