How long have you owned the property?

What was it about the property that you first fell in love with?
The charm of the hamlet it is situated in and the wonderful garden
For anyone coming to stay is there anything in the surrounding area they should...
Really do? Go to Saint Martin, Ile de Re
Really eat? The Oysters
Really see? The Dunes of Pilat near Arcachon. Amazing!
Lastly, what insider tip would you pass on about the property or the area?
Visit a vineyard in Les Touches Perigny which is very near to the house and purchase some bottles of Chante allouette. It is made in the same way as champagne but it costs a fraction of the price. There will be details about the vineyard at the house. Sample the local 'Pineau', the little brother of Cognac, just minutes from the house.

Thank you for everything!!!
What can we say! What a beautiful house you have! We have all had the most amazing and relaxing time in this fantastic house which catered to every need of every member of our party! After a long drive from Spain for us and Guernsey for the other family, it was fantastic to relax in these beautiful surroundings and of course made even better that we could both bring our dogs. What a time they have had running in the fields chasing hares! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

An excellent holiday in a fabulous place
I just wanted to say what a fabulous place you have and how much we enjoyed our stay. The house is really lovely and very well equipped. It was comfortable and so peaceful. As you say, the sunflowers add to the attraction. We found your ice cream parlour much to the children's delight and used your Boulanger - great recommendations. It has been an excellent holiday in a fabulous house. (Jan, 5th-12th August 2016)
