In the rustic and characterful interior, renovated in 2025, you’ll enjoy an open-plan kitchen-diner and living area with a particularly spacious and airy feel to it, offering plenty of room for guests to relax and socialise. Upstairs you'll find five comfortable bedrooms, and outside a delightful private swimming pool, garden and terrace.  

Whilst the charming home is full of history, you will find all the modern conveniences you would expect such as a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and fibre-optic WiFi. Within 7km can find yourself in medieval Pons with restaurants, small shops and historical sights. Activities in the area include golf, horse-riding and canoeing. Beach-lovers only have to travel just over half an hour to the coast – there are long stretches of sandy beaches from St Georges de Didonne to St Palais sur Mer. Wine aficionados needn’t travel far either with dozens of wineries and Cognac nearby. This region has a particularly mild climate all year round and it can be one of the sunniest parts of France during from late Spring to Autumn.
