Aquitaine stretches from the Spanish border to the Gironde estuary, bringing together some of France’s most varied scenery. Along The Atlantic Coast, broad beaches, rolling surf and vast dune systems create a wilder edge, while inland the Garonne and Dordogne rivers cut through vineyard country, bastide towns and wooded valleys.
