Villa Ermis is a brand new, modern villa located in the popular resort of Protaras. The home is just a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach, and with various bars, restaurants, and shops close by, this is a great central location for getting around without the need for a car.
The contemporary villa can accommodate up to six guests across its three bedrooms, boasting stylish interiors throughout and all the amenities you could possibly need for a more than enjoyable stay. On the ground floor is the entertaining space which comprises of a living room, kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the pool terrace. The dining area has seating for eight persons, and the modern, fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all the tools and appliances you could possibly need to create a delicious meal. Also on this level is a helpful family shower room. Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which have balconies with lovely views. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second room has a double bed, while the third room has two single beds. Guests staying in these rooms share the use of a family bathroom.
Outside, the private pool is the perfect place for the whole family to splash around in the Cyprus sunshine! After action packed days spent exploring the surrounding area, enjoy yummy barbecues and evenings dining al fresco on the terrace.
