Villa Kalliopi is a three storey property with four spacious ensuite double bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, and is ideal for a family holiday, or a friends’ getaway. The villa boasts its own private swimming pool, and a sea view rooftop terrace, offering an idyllic retreat. The ground floor is home to a light and airy open plan living space, with access to the pool terrace. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs facing a flat-screen television, the living area is a cozy spot to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to cater to your needs, while an elegant eight-seater dining set is perfect for indoor entertaining.
Take the lift or stairs to the upper floor where there are three equally well-appointed bedrooms, all with double beds and ensuite shower rooms. On the lower floor you will find the fourth bedroom, furnished with a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom. A tunnel leads to your private garage with parking for two cars.
