Villa Ira is a three storey property, with five spacious ensuite double bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, and is ideal for a family holiday or friends’ getaway. The villa benefits from stunning sea views, and is set in a sizeable plot with lawned gardens, and your own private swimming pool. The ground floor is home to a light and airy open plan living space, with access to the pool terrace. Furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs facing a flat-screen television, the living area is a cozy spot to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to cater for your stay, while an elegant eight-seater dining set is perfect for indoor entertaining.
Take the lift or stairs to the upper floor where the Master Suite awaits, with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Step out onto the glass-fronted, sea view, furnished balcony and watch the sun rise. There are two equally well-appointed double ensuite bedrooms on this floor.
On the lower floor you will find one further ensuite double bedroom, as well as a double bedroom and a seperate family bathroom. Here you can have a work-out in the mini gym, relax in the full size Finnish sauna, watch your favourite movies in the chill-out zone, and help yourself to drinks and snacks from the handy kitchenette. A tunnel leads to the private garage with parking for two cars.
