With three absolutely stunning bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area, it is an ideal destination for a family or group of friends, accommodating up to 7 guests. Situated in the wonderful resort of Protaras, on the southeast coast of Cyprus, it is the perfect place to return to after days on the beach or discovering what Cyprus has to offer! Protaras is known for the breathtaking Fig Tree Bay. It is a glorious beach, and the villa is just 5 minutes walk away! There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by too.
The villa is absolutely immaculate. The sleek, pristine, open plan living, dining and kitchen space opens up completely to the terrace, pool and garden. It feels as though it is all one space. The pool is surrounded by extremely comfortable sun loungers and sofas. The classy, modern furniture is matched with the outdoor dining furniture. There are an outdoor food preparation area and barbecue. It truly is a stunning space.
The living space is wonderful with fantastic, comfortable furniture, a perfect kitchen providing everything you would wish for and wonderful art all around. It is so classy and shiny! There is a bathroom downstairs for guests.
The three outstanding bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a divine en-suite bathroom and a terrace offering astonishing views out to the crystal clear sea. The other double and twin rooms share an impressive bathroom. One wall of each bedroom is completely glass creating such a brilliant, dazzling feel.
To top it all, there is an exceptional roof terrace for you to relax, have a drink and enjoy the fabulous views. It is a marvellous place to watch the sun go down. There is a spiral staircase that leads directly to the pool terrace.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa PygmaleonAyia Napa, just 10-15 minutes away from Protaras, is very buzzy with its beach parties, karaoke bars and nightclubs and has tourists flocking for the entertainment. Aside from this, there are actually 14 Blue Flag beaches, smashing cobbled streets and great tavernas on the harbourside plus a Medieval monastery. By contrast, Protaras is a smaller, quieter version, but there is still plenty going on. It is a charming family destination that embraces traditional Cypriot culture but has all the entertainment of a modern holiday resort.
Fig Tree Bay is the perfect place to head for a relaxed day out. With its fine white sand, crystal clear water, cafes, water sports and Blue Flag status is it beautiful. You will feel as though you are in the Maldives or somewhere with the turquoise water and white sand. Look out for the centuries-old fig tree that gives it its name! For the thrill-seekers, you might like to try flyboarding which is now available on the beach. If you like to walk, you can take the coastal boardwalk, stopping for drinks along the way or you can explore the rock cave at the north end of the beach. For longer walks, you should take the coastal hiking trails to Louma Beach and Lombardi Beach.
Nicosia, the capital, is just an hour away. It is a very pretty town within its Venetian sandstone walls. You can wander around the churches and museums and browse the jewellers and fabric shops. The pedestrianised Laiki Geitonia area is fantastic for souvenirs. There are wonderful restaurants serving traditional dishes. You should try some souvlaki or stifado!
Cyprus is nicknamed ‘the island of the Saints’ and is filled with many monasteries and churches, quite a number around Protaras. One of the National Forest Parks is just outside Protaras. With wonderful scenery, it is great for a picnic and a chilled day away from the beach.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe sparkling, turquoise water and shallow sands of Fig Tree Bay are perfect for children. When they are not splashing about they can snorkel, parasail, have fun on banana boats or even jet ski. You can hop on a boat and go to see Cape Greco, snorkel and swim and see the reef where so many pretty fish are darting in and out of the coral.
In Protaras, you can challenge yourselves to get out of the Escape Rooms. You have to solve the puzzles in time to get out of the Prison room, Zombie lab or the Cold War bunker. What fun! Protaras’ Ocean Aquarium is great to see thousands of species including fish, turtles and penguins. Anastasia Aquamania Waterpark is perfect for some family fun with slides, pools, lazy rivers and rides. If you haven’t had enough fun there, you can head to Waterworld Waterpark at Ayia Napa where you plunge down slides, get squirted in the waterworks, compete for a marathon challenge, have fun jumping over waves, or relax on the lazy river.
There are several funfairs in Cyprus, the largest being Parko Paliatso Luna Park. The Dolfins Luna Park at Ayia Napa is also very popular.
Konnos Nature Trail is beautiful, with amazing views of the dramatic coastline. If you want some exercise and stay in contact with nature, it is a great place to go with children. You can also take a mountain bike and explore.
