The villa has been finished to exacting standards with contemporary flair. It is beautifully furnished and is flooded with light. The designer’s attention to detail is impressive. You will discover a sleek, highest-quality, Italian-style kitchen, lavish bathrooms, contemporary furnishings and some fabulous artwork. The villa’s exterior offers classic Mediterranean features including its terracotta-tile roof and wooden shutters, while its interior is cool and airy with whitewashed walls and playful pops of colour in the artwork and décor.
The open plan living space is fabulous with its kitchen offering an extra ‘luxe’ feel with its glossy two tone cabinetry and excellent appliances. The dining area offers an excellent view of the terrace and pool. The living area is super cool with a sumptuous modular sofa arrangement and a comfortable accent chair. French doors lead from all areas to the pool terrace. The ground floor also offers a handy guest toilet.
The villa’s two bedrooms sit above, both with balconies that offer sea views. You will enjoy a glass of wine sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down. The master bedroom suite boasts a comfy kingsize bed that is beautifully dressed with luxury linens, a gorgeous, fully-tiled ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower combination and trendy, sliding wardrobes for your holiday outfits. It is a large room with gorgeous rugs and an easy chair. The second bedroom is also lovely with twin zip and link beds that can be put together to make a large double. It also enjoys an immaculate ensuite bathroom with a shower and sea views from the balcony.
The villa’s outside space is as immaculate as its interiors. A covered terrace leads off the lounge for alfresco dining. Your barbecue masters will love the barbecue area with its sink and workspace that makes alfresco cooking joyful. The swimming pool is gorgeous and is surrounded by a pool deck sprinkled with luxury loungers and parasols. The borders of the plot are full of exotic Mediterranean plants completing the pretty picture. You will love the landscaping.
This villa is an excellent pick being so convenience to the tennis academy, golf course, spa and Village Square. If you decide to to eat out, you can head to the Village Square or to Paphos town centre with its excellent dining scene. You also might head there for its golden sandy swimming beaches and historic archaeological sites.
The five star, luxurious Aphrodite Hills Resort is the first and only comprehensive golf, leisure and real estate development in Cyprus. It is set on a beautiful, historical and mythological hill boasting breathtaking, panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the birthplace of Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love. Aphrodite Hills’ award-winning, championship 18-hole PGA National Cyprus Golf Course was officially opened in 2002, designed by the acclaimed golf course architect and designer Cabell Robinson. In 2017, it was upgraded and reconstructed to gain its current status. It offers a challenging mix of pot bunkers, manicured fairways of lush Bermuda grass and generous tiered greens spread out over 6,289 metres and sprinkled with olive and carob trees. The course is built on two plateaus, separated by a dramatic 130 metre ravine with spectacular views over the Mediterranean. There is a fabulous Clubhouse which overlooks the 18th green and an extensive practice facility with two putting greens and a short game area. Golfers staying at the villa can rent clubs, manual trolleys and golf buggies with GPS technology so that you can order your snacks and drinks whilst finishing the front nine holes and have it ready at the half-way house. The resort’s Golf Academy caters for golfers of all abilities, offering individual and groups lessons, a double ended driving range and the latest technology to offer expert advice on your game.
The Aphrodite Hills Tennis Academy features nine professional tennis courts of which five are plexi-cushion hard courts and four European red clay courts. There are also two padel courts. Guests can enjoy a selection of coaching services including private lessons and courses as well as hard and clay court hire with equipment provided, pro hitting sessions against a coach, ball machine hire and night lights. Tennis players and golfers can purchase an excellent range of clothing and equipment at the Pro-tennis and Pro-golf shops. In addition to golf and tennis, there is a soccer school, basketball, cycling and stables.
The Retreat Spa by Atlantica sits within the resort’s beautiful, fragranced gardens enjoying Mediterranean Sea views.
