Set within the restful Eastern plateau of the prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort, this 3 Bedroom Superior Villa is a picturesque detached abode designed for comfort, ease and memorable moments under the Cypriot sun. Low-rise and tucked into a tranquil corner of the estate, this modern villa offers expansive outdoor areas, an attractive interior and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Stepping through the villa’s grand entrance, guests are welcomed into a bright and elegantly appointed living and dining space. A generous sofa invites relaxed evenings, while patio doors allow you to walk out to the shaded outdoor lounge. In the Italian-designed kitchen, sleek wood finishes and a good range of appliances make self-catering a pleasure.

The villa’s three bedrooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully arranged across split levels, offering privacy and flexibility. The impressive en suite master bedroom is located on the ground floor with doors opening to the poolside terrace. On the upper and lower ground floor, the second and third bedrooms can be each reached via a few steps, both featuring a flexible zip and lock-style double/twin beds and a private shower room.

Outdoors, this villa truly shines. A lovely private swimming pool forms the centrepiece of the gorgeous garden, bordered by a poolside terrace, lawn and colourful flowers. Meanwhile, the purpose-built shaded barbecue area offers the ultimate al-fresco experience.

Here you are part of Aphrodite Hills Resort, Cyprus’s premier destination for luxury leisure, with a range of high-end facilities just a short drive away. Whether it’s teeing off on the award-winning golf course, indulging in spa treatments or discovering the resort’s village square with its restaurants, playground and shops, every element of this world-class resort is designed to elevate your stay.
