Set within two hundred and thirty-four hectares of landscaped grounds on the prestigious Aphrodite Hills Resort, this three-bedroom villa offers families and groups a serene and stylish retreat near Paphos. Surrounded by lush gardens and boasting panoramic sea views from its rooftop terrace, the villa combines privacy, comfort and direct access to the resort’s exceptional facilities.
Inside, the villa features a bright open-plan living space with contemporary furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen with a sociable island, and a dining area ideal for relaxed evenings. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, enjoys an en-suite marble bathroom and direct access to the terrace and pool. Two additional twin bedrooms with zip-and-link beds each benefit from their own bathrooms, offering flexibility and comfort for all guests.
The villa’s expansive outdoor area includes a private pool, shaded dining space, barbecue facilities, a table tennis and soft lawn, perfect for unwinding or family play. Guests also enjoy complimentary kids club hours, mid-stay cleaning, premium toiletries and a welcome package.
