There is private parking on-site, and the villa includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open onto terraces and balconies, allowing for natural light and sea breezes. Interiors are furnished in a modern style, with neutral tones and high-quality finishes.

The entrance level includes a marble hall, a living area with a corner sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a television, and a fireplace, as well as a dining area with a table for ten. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine. One of the five bedrooms is located on this floor, with direct access to the terrace and pool. A guest WC is also available on this level.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity, and WC, along with access to a sea-view terrace. Two additional twin bedrooms (convertible into doubles) also have ensuite facilities, with views of either the sea or the surrounding hillside. On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, as well as a utility room.
