Located right on the cliff edge of the northern coast of Cyrus, Villa Kuris is a classically styled, luxurious home for up to six guests, with two pools, a Jacuzzi and incredible sea-views!

On arrival at this stunning home, you will be met with a fabulous welcome pack that will have you starting your holiday in the best possible way! First, head into your deluxe living room which oozes grandeur and elegance – with vanilla coloured sofas set against bold, dark curtains creating an elegant style! A large set of patio doors alongside the lounge flood the space with a warm, natural glow as well as providing immediate access to this stunning pool terrace. Cook up a storm in this fantastic spacious kitchen, with tons of modern appliances to make meal prep a breeze!

There are three magnificent bedrooms to choose from, one master suite with a double bed and two twin rooms. All three have direct access to either the garden or a private terrace, and all have breath-taking sea-views, so you really can’t go wrong! Each is also accompanied by a stunning ensuite bathroom, one with a huge corner Jacuzzi bathtub and the others with equally immense walk-in showers. There’s also air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout so that you will be totally comfortable and content.

Out in your enormous garden you can enjoy a terrace to either side so that you can catch the sun all day long. To the north there is your wonderful infinity pool, lined with loungers all looking out across the deep blue expanse of the Mediterranean right before you. What’s more – right alongside this is a smaller pool where the children can splash and play in safety, so you can put your mind at ease as you enjoy your holiday in the sun! To the south there is a fabulous round table at which you can dine, relax and socialise alfresco.

Within just a 3-minute drive you can be in the town centre or on the beach, with a supermarket just an extra couple of minutes away!

Within just a 3-minute drive you can be in Esentepe town centre or on the beach, with a supermarket just an extra couple of minutes away!
The beaches along the coast are all a little unique. They have their own distinct features, ranging from shimmering golden sands to vast sweeping bays and, more often than not, perfect shallow waters where you can paddle, watch the gentle washing up of the waves and spend hours appreciating the calm of this immense sea.

Stylish beach bars, sophisticated beachfront hotels and romantic hill-top restaurants are dotted across this fabulous coastline, while there are several markets selling fresh, local produce, olives, cheeses, breads and meats. Activities in the region vary greatly, from the extremes of scuba diving and paragliding to the more peaceful golf, snorkelling, hiking or even a little bit of sightseeing!

There are many places of interest in Northern Cyprus, such as the History Museum various abbeys and churches, including the Mavi Kiosk and Bellapais Abbey. The beautiful Karpaz Peninsula boasts a pretty Marina and Golden beach. The Karpas region is rich in subterranean water reservoirs, with fruit, olives and tobacco plentiful. Small villages dotted around the region with their inhabitants living in the same way they have for years.In Famagusta the Ruins of Salamis are a must go, you can also see Othello's Tower and the walled city. Nicosia is the last divided capital of the world; it's great for shopping addicts, as well as history lovers. Kyrenia is excellent for boat trips, and it's worth exploring the harbour and castle. If you are lucky you may see turtles from the boat.

As this wonderful region benefits from 300 days of sunshine every year, you’re sure to enjoy countless hours in the sun, soaking up the rays and relishing the peace and tranquillity of this unspoilt area.


Elsewhere on the island you will find: the vibrant city of Paphos, European Capital of Culture in 2017 and renowned as the birthplace of Greek goddess Aphrodite, and; Limassol, the second largest city in Cyprus with a charming medieval town centre, known among locals as the party capital of Cyprus with a cosmopolitan feel and the warmest winters. With a rich history, you can enjoy sights such as the ancient cities of Amathus and Kourion, with beautifully preserved Roman-era mosaics, the Tomb of the Kings, Paphos Archaeological Park and the Limassol and Kolossi Castles.


Tucked away on the west coast of the island there is the tranquil Akamas Peninsula, a rich, vibrant and unspoilt landscape filled with deep gorges and sandy bays. Head to the Blue Lagoon (you can take an organised boat tour to it!) for an unforgettable swim spot!

Other facilities on site include a spa and gym, Turkish baths, massage parlour and a sports park with tons of football equipment and activities. Children will absolute adore the play area, and there’s a great range of fun for the whole family and indeed even a private beach.

Arrival time Guests may check in from 16:00
Departure time Guests are requested to check out by 11:00 on the morning of departure.
Energy costs included? Energy costs are included up until 300Kw per week. 300Kw is deemed as normal usage.
Linen & towels included? Line, bath towels and pool towels are included in the rental rates.
End of stay cleaning included? End of stay cleaning is included in the price. Guests are required to leave the accommodation tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
Minimum stay Minimum stay is 6 nights
Pets welcome? Not pets are allowed in the property.
Security deposit Guests are requested not to smoke inside the property
Other Ts and Cs Please note that on occasions, in Cyprus, extremes in weather can cause water and/ or electric supply to be cut or reduced. Services are normally restored as soon as possible.
Other 2 In Cyprus the plumbing system is not designed to have paper and sanitary items flushed down the lavatory. In these cases a bathroom bin is provided.
Internet access? The property has complimentary Wifi connection. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Insurance It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation, personal accidents and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
Other 3 UK Passport holders automatically get a 30 day approval on entry to the North of Cyprus this is marked into the system upon arrival. Guests will need to give the passports at the border to mark them in the country but no paperwork is needed. Holders of other passports should check with their embassy. The currency of Northern Cyprus is Turkish Lira but USD, EURO and GBP are accepted in many establishments.
