Around 25 minutes’ drive north of Šibenik, Villa Klementina is located near the historic town of Skradin in the village of Bičine. A stone-built house dating from the 19th century has been converted into a highly luxurious holiday home for up to six guests, featuring a heated pool with hot tub and a beautiful terrace and garden.

The outdoor space lets you enjoy the luxury lifestyle to the full. You have great dining areas with a pizza oven, outdoor kitchen and high-quality furnishings, just steps away from the poolside. A large parasol covers a row of sun loungers which you can enjoy while the kids play in the wendy house which is safely in view.

Wooden beams and rugged stone walls add that touch of rusticity to the interior of the house. There is a living area with sumptuous seating, large flatscreen TV and stone fireplace, as well as a very inviting kitchen with dining space and top-notch appliances. A spacious balcony terrace with seating overlooks the pool area.

Three immaculate bedrooms with large double beds have access to the balcony, and each has a bathroom of its own. An adjacent two -bedroom villa can also be rented at the same time if available, an ideal arrangement for larger groups. Villa Klementina has also added another special feature, a sauna for the ultimate relaxation.

All sorts of other perks are included, with Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a daily maid service and services such as pool cleaning and lawnmowing taken care of. You can also request the services of a chef, butler, tourist guides and many more, as well as car hire, transfers, fishing trips… the list goes on.

Skradin is a particularly picturesque small town with an air of romance about its narrow streets, and its marina is an attractive place to walk or to admire from a restaurant terrace. Historic Šibenik will impress you too, with St James’ Cathedral top of the list of must-see sights.
