Set on a hillside in the peaceful coastal village of Sevid, close to historic Trogir, and other coastal towns, Villa Sevid enjoys far-reaching sea views over the Adriatic Sea. Contemporary in style and thoughtfully designed, the villa offers a relaxed setting with generous outdoor space, ideal for families or friends.
Inside, Villa Sevid sleeps six guests across three stylish en-suite bedrooms, while the the open-plan living space combines a comfortable lounge, a well-equipped modern kitchen and a sociable dining area, all opening onto a terrace for easy indoor-outdoor living.
The outdoor areas are arranged across several levels. Highlights include a large swimming pool with sea views, sun loungers, shaded seating and a children’s play area including a basketball court and table tennis. Additionally, if that weren’t enough, the villa offers electric mountain bikes, a gym area, 2 SUPs darts and a PlayStation 4 for further entertainment. For those looking to unwind, the rooftop terrace offers comfortable seating and a jacuzzi – an ideal spot for evening’s relaxation.
Sevid itself is quiet and unspoilt, with clear waters, pebble beaches and a strong local food culture. From here, guests can visit Dragon’s Eye Lake in Rogoznica, take boat trips to explore nearby islands, hike in Krka National Park or visit Trogir, Split and Šibenik for culture, dining and nightlife.

- A modern electric golf vehicle ICOCAR for 4 people is included in the rental for you to take trips to the beach and for daily necessities. For larger groups, hiring a car is recommended in order to explore the surrounding area and attractions.
- There is plenty of entertainment to be found within the villa compound, including two Giant Talon E3® E-MTB bikes, 2 SUPS, table tennis, Airrunner® exercise machines, a children’s playground and many more!
- Please note an additional 2 guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed.
- The pool is unfenced, so young children should be supervised at all times.
