Each morning, bright blue skies will draw you outside to the villa’s spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the infinity pool or unwind with a freshly brewed cup of coffee as you marvel at the panoramic views of the ocean. The pool is heated during the winter months and offers hydro-massage features, as well as a chlorine-free cleaning system and an outdoor poolside shower. After your morning swim, make your way to the covered lounge corner to relax in the shade or enjoy the blissful sunshine from the comfort of a sun lounger. While you may feel tempted to spend the rest of the day here, the uninterrupted views of the turquoise sea will also beckon you to explore the spectacular Omiš Riviera. An abundance of natural light flows into the open-plan living space on Villa Pansie’s ground floor, which offers a modern lounge area with a sumptuous corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and an artificial fireplace, ideal for cosy movie nights at home. The living space also features a sleek kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked feast. Meanwhile, floor-to-ceiling patio doors provide picture-perfect ocean vistas from the dining area as you relax with a glass of wine and discuss the day’s adventures together. A well-appointed family bathroom is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the villa’s first floor offers three bright and airy bedrooms with understated décor and modern en-suite bathrooms. The first of the bedrooms is a spacious double room with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and serene sea views, and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests if required. This bedroom also offers direct access to a balcony with outdoor furniture, a dreamlike spot for a romantic glass of wine under the stars. The second bedroom is another double, featuring a king-size bed, a TV and access to a balcony with ocean vistas. The third bedroom is a welcoming twin room with a TV and access to an ocean-view balcony. Each bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower or a bathtub with a shower.

The villa is amazing!!!
Hello, we were very satisfied in this Villa. Its on perfect location...It is very silent place... Its very good equipped... beautifull sea view... You will for sure loved it... And the owners are very friendly and very helpful and take caring about the villa...so we wanna absolutely go back on the next year!

Our hosts were friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with if needed. Their villa provided wonderful unobstructed sea views with visual privacy from neighbors with easy access to Omis and the beaches all within a very short drive. The property had very comfortable bedrooms with their own modern en-suite bathrooms, and as a bonus, a fully equipped workout room. The kitchen was also modern and thoughtfully outfitted. We had an amazing week and would definitely return.
