Villa Andela consists of two wings with a large private garden enclosed with a stone wall, and 30 acres of grounds, offering total privacy and a break from everyday hustle and stress. There are 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 14 people

Spread across two wings, the estate houses a large private garden brimming with beautiful flowers, enclosed by a stone wall, and a whopping 30 acres of grounds to explore. Afforded total privacy, your gorgeous Croatian retreat will make you feel as though you’re living in a film or fairy-tale that’s utterly your own.
Your property blends and balances a wonderful combination of privacy and intimacy. Would you like some time to wander the grounds in peace? Or gather for a large family meal? Whatever your preference, the versatile range of interior and exterior spaces ensure that all are accommodated. With a combination of elegant, grand spaces and cosy homeliness, this villa has something to offer all, making it a rare find and a true gem, something that will certainly keep everyone happy.
In the first wing, wing A, you’ll be able to accommodate ten guests, with five, spacious en-suite bedrooms. Wing B boasts two good-sized bedrooms, ideal for a group of four, and perfect for a small family. Each wing promises style and all the trimmings you need to feel comfortable including a fully-equipped kitchen, so that you can prepare delicious dishes to enjoy on the terrace surrounded by splendid views.
If you’re visiting during the autumn or winter months, you can relish the luxurious lounge areas, complete with log fires and Smart HDTV’s so that you can kick-back and relax in style. Outside the property, on the grounds, you’ll find acres of space, ideal for children to run and play. There’s also a play area with a slide, swings and climbing frame – ideal for whittling away an afternoon or two.
Pride of place on the terrace is the fabulous private swimming pool, with a separate children’s pool beside it. There are plenty of little touches to feed your fun – a tennis table, mini football, a BBQ area and a dartboard, as well as space for reading, dining and wandering.
It would be hard to beat the spaciousness and opportunity afforded to you by your villa, but you’re also adjacent to the striking medieval town of Groznjan. A beautifully charismatic place, you and your party can enjoy truffles (for which the area is famed), rustic wineries, authentic prosciutto ham and many cultural events that will afford you a taste of local living.

- Although you could easily spend all your time at the villa, there’s so much to see in the surrounding areas too. We’d recommend renting a car so that you can see more of Croatia.
- The neighbouring area of Groznjan houses many festivals. If you’re looking for complete peace, be aware of what’s on when so you can enjoy a quieter experience. That said, many flock to Groznjan for the festival alone, making it a must-see.
- The villa is kitted out for families, but you’ll want to keep an eye on little ones. With such vast grounds and many pools, children should be supervised.
