Villa Rosaceae is a striking modern villa with bright white architecture and beautiful views across the Adriatic. Just 800 yards from Orasac’s beaches and under a kilometre from Potok Beach, it offers a fantastic base for enjoying the coast. With stylish interiors, four elegant bedroom suites and impressive outdoor space, it’s a great choice for a relaxing stay near Dubrovnik, just 20 minutes away.
Designed to make the most of its setting, the villa features a light-filled open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling doors opening onto the terrace. The contemporary kitchen includes a sociable breakfast bar, while the dining area is positioned to take in the sea views. The lounge is equally inviting, with comfortable seating and modern artwork. Each of the four bedrooms features a king-size bed and a sleek en-suite bathroom, with some opening directly onto the terrace.
Outside, the villa is equally impressive, with a generous swimming pool, sun loungers and a well-kept garden leading towards the sea. There is ample space for alfresco dining, along with a barbecue and a relaxed seating area for evenings outdoors. With its combination of views, design and outdoor living, Villa Rosaceae is a wonderful place to unwind on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast.
- A pretty garden surrounds Villa Rosaceae, so guests enjoy total seclusion and peace. It is very easy to relax here
- The villa is very contemporary and new, so everything is very smart, very trendy and beautifully presented
- The chef in your group will enjoy the modern kitchen space and a sociable room. Though there is a lovely indoor dining table, you are likely to enjoy most of your meals alfresco enjoying the sea views
