Villa Linka II

This fabulous, sleek, contemporary villa sits on the lush green hillside of the village of Orasac, just thirteen kilometres north of Dubrovnik. With five large king-size bedrooms, it sleeps ten guests in comfort and style, with fully air-conditioned rooms that offer breathtaking views of the sparkling sea and lush green hillsides around the villa. Take a short drive to the beach or just relax by the infinity pool and enjoy the glorious view of the sea and islands as your cares melt away.

Excluding a sense of space and calm, this stunning villa sits across two levels. Upon entering the main door, guests will discover the five beautiful bedrooms, each fully air-conditioned and with a stylish shower room, and with glorious views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy luxurious bedding and soft fluffy towels and relax in ultimate comfort.

Stairs lead guests down to the main living area – a fabulously light, airy,  modern space with full-width patio doors offering breathtaking panoramic views over the sea. The living area, furnished with soft,  comfortable sofas in neutral tones, is tastefully decorated with colourful modern art. The adjacent kitchen area is immaculate and stylish, with a dining table and breakfast bar for indoor dining. From the kitchen, guests can stroll out onto the large terrace, cleverly shaded by the overhanging roof, and enjoy the spectacular, unspoilt 180-degree view of the glittering sea.

With plenty of seating and an outdoor table, it is perfect for socialising over drinks or firing up the barbecue for some al fresco dining. From the terrace, steps lead down to the pool area. Private and idyllic, guests can lie back and relax on the loungers or cool off in the infinity pool and gaze out at the sea with a chilled drink in hand. Pop into the garden kitchen to top up your drinks without having to go upstairs. Guests can unwind in a sauna on the ground floor of the villa, before changing for dinner and heading onto the terrace with a cocktail to watch the sea reflect a riot of pinks and purples as the sun sinks at the end of the day.

Villa Linka II is located next to our other property, Villa Linka I, which sleeps 10 guests between 5 bedrooms. Each property can be rented  individually, but the villas may also work well for larger groups  looking to stay together while maintaining individual privacy.
