Positioned on the waterfront in Zaton Bay, this architect-designed villa enjoys uninterrupted sea views, direct access to the Adriatic and a peaceful location surrounded by pine-covered hills, while the historic heart of Dubrovnik lies just 10km away.
Set across 630 sqm of contemporary living space, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of its spectacular surroundings. Expansive glass walls frame the sea from almost every room, filling the interiors with natural light and creating a constant connection to the landscape beyond. The open-plan living area combines sophisticated design with comfort, featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, a stylish dining space and inviting lounge areas, all oriented towards the panoramic views.
Accommodating up to ten guests, Villa Anto offers five beautifully appointed bedroom suites, each with its own bathroom, television and calming atmosphere. The principal suite features a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, while a private lift provides easy access between floors. Guests can also unwind in the villa’s sauna after a day exploring the coastline.
Outside, the infinity pool appears to merge with the sea beyond, while generous terraces provide space for long lunches, sunset drinks and relaxed evenings around the barbecue. Steps lead directly down to the water, making it easy to enjoy a morning swim in the Adriatic. For an even more effortless stay, additional services such as private chefs, butlers, childcare, wellness treatments and bespoke excursions can be arranged on request.

- The Villa is located in a peaceful spot with direct access to the sea. Please take care of young children, though. They should not head for the sea alone!
- If you don't want to take the car, you can catch a bus into Dubrovnik Old Town
