Step inside and be welcomed by a bright, airy interior featuring a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living area, and dining space. The villa boasts three double bedrooms, each with its own TV, and two modern bathrooms with showers for convenience.

The exterior is just as inviting, with a private hot tub, a sun-drenched lounge area with sunbeds and parasols, and an alfresco dining space perfect for enjoying warm Mediterranean evenings. A small lawn adds a touch of greenery, creating a serene oasis for your stay.

Villa Fortica is fully equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a cot and highchair for families, a barbecue for outdoor dining, a hairdryer, and a dishwasher for added convenience. While the villa does not have private parking, public parking is just a 10-minute walk away, and buses and Ubers provide easy access to Dubrovnik’s Old Town and its stunning historical sites.

Just 200 metres from the Gruz Market, you can start your day by picking up the freshest local produce, seafood, and delicacies to enjoy at the villa.

For those eager to explore beyond Dubrovnik, the ferry port is less than 500 metres away, making it effortless to take a day trip to the breathtaking Elafiti Islands, including Lopud, Koločep, and Šipan, known for their crystal-clear waters and stunning beaches.

Dubrovnik’s Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just a short bus or Uber ride away, where you can walk along the iconic City Walls, explore Fort Lovrijenac, or take in the views from the top of Mount Srđ via the cable car.
