Villa Miraval is a striking seafront residence set in the coastal town of Vela Luka on the island of Korčula. Spanning 270 square metres across three levels, this elegant villa features floor-to-ceiling glass façades, offering panoramic sea views and direct access to the beach via a private garden gate.
Ideal for families or groups, the villa offers four spacious double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and king-sized bed. Glass-fronted balconies invite guests to enjoy uninterrupted views of the Adriatic, creating a serene start to each day.
The ground floor centres around a light-filled open-plan living area with parquet flooring and contemporary artwork. Comfortable leather seating, a coffee table, and satellite TV with Netflix provide a relaxed space to unwind. A sleek, fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, while the adjacent dining area seats eight, perfect for convivial dinners. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.
Outside, the sea-view terrace is designed for leisure, featuring a heated twenty-three square metre pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and lounge seating. An alfresco dining area and barbecue allow for relaxed meals overlooking the water.
