Coralina Bay enjoys a prime shorefront position on the northern side of Korčula Island, tucked between two of its most well-known towns, Vela Luka to the west and Korčula town to the east. It’s around a 30-minute drive to Vela Luka, a laid-back harbour town known for its calm bay, vibrant summer festivals, and the Vela Spila cave, a fascinating archaeological site with stunning sea views nearby. In the opposite direction, the historic heart of Korčula is about 40 minutes away by car.
Korčula town is a highlight for visitors, offering narrow medieval lanes, charming squares, and architecture that hints at its Venetian past. The atmospheric Old Town is a lovely place to explore on foot, with plenty of local boutiques, inviting restaurants, and bars spilling out onto the stone streets. You’ll also find supermarkets, bakeries and other everyday essentials here.
Back at the villa, you’ll be right on the water’s edge, with the soothing sound of the sea in the background. There are moorings available too, perfect if you plan to arrive by boat or explore the island’s beautiful coves by sea. For some traditional entertainment, Korčula is the best place in Croatia to catch a performance of the Moreška sword dance.
