Villa Selca holds a fabulous waterside position in one of the most desired location on the Adriatic. While being situated in a peaceful bay far away from any hustle & bustle, the near-by fishing village of Sumartin offers a range of helpful amenities including restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Selca itself is just a five minute car journey away and boasts beautiful architecture, shops and a variety of café bars.

The luxurious villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests across six spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms. On the entrance level, guests will find three of the double bedrooms, each boasting en-suite bathrooms, an entertainment room which will keep the kids and big kids alike occupied as well as three terraces from which the impressive sea views can be enjoyed. Heading downstairs, on the ground floor is the main living accommodation which comprises of a spectacular open-plan living, kitchen and dining area complete with bi-folding doors which help create an indoor-outdoor feel. Also on this level, is a queen-size bedroom suite, again with en-suite bathroom. Back upstairs, on the first floor are the final two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. A second living room with handy small kitchenette.

The outside space has the real wow factor, there are beautiful gardens with pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary and geraniums as well as a vegetable patch which guests are free to use. The outdoor terraces give guests plenty of space for al fresco dining or relaxing with a good book while enjoying the idyllic scenery and sparking Adriatic sea. From this level are steps leading to a lower terrace which boasts a Jacuzzi, hammock with day bed and cushions galore! For Summer 2017, a brand new infinity-edge swimming pool has been added, this will be the perfect place to take a dip and cool off after a long day of sightseeing!

What you should know…

  • Those travelling with very young children should ensure they are not left to explore the gardens alone due to the terrace steps and infinity-edge pool
  • To sleep fourteen guests, two of the double bedrooms come complete with additional single beds, while this might appeal to those travelling with children it might not suit all groups

The villa has a great location in a quiet bay on the east-side of the island of Brac, forty minutes from the town of Supetar and just a few kilometres from the amenities of the villages of Selca and Sumartin.

The owner can arrange the following services:

  • Hire a power boat complete with skipper for an additional charge of €470 per day
  • A caterer can come to the villa on request for an additional charge per person of: Breakfast: €15, Lunch €35 Dinner: €45 (the cost includes full service, table laid, waiter service and clearing up)

The drinks fridge will be fully stocked on arrival with cold beers, wine and soft drinks, guests who use this facility will be charged the cost of what has been used at the end of their stay.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes, and daily maid service. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Changeover day Saturday.
Pets welcome? On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a cleaning fee of €250 will apply (paid locally).
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs The drinks fridge will be fully stocked with cold beers, wine and soft drinks, guests who use this facility will be charged the cost of what is used at the end of their stay.
Security deposit 30% of the balance paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €550 (to be paid locally on arrival). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
