Villa Bracia is a luxury secluded retreat with breathtaking views and luxury amenities. Located on the island of Brac, this stunning estate offers a five-star experience away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Built from Brac stone, this charming villa offers a beautiful balance between authentic features and modern design, boasting floor-to-ceiling glass windows so you can enjoy stunning views in every room. Sleeping six guests, this deluxe property boasts spacious living areas and beautiful outdoor spaces, perfect for a family celebration or just a space to spend quality time with your loved ones.
The main living area is open-plan, offering a spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and friendly dining area with doors leading out to the terrace. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces seemingly become one, creating a popular entertainment area. The master bedroom offers pure luxury, with a cosy bed, desk, and reading chair alongside a stunning en-suite bathroom with open views over Brac that you can enjoy from the bath or shower!
The further two bedrooms are similarly designed for your every comfort, with access out to the terrace from both. There is also a fabulous home cinema and games room that can be found on the ground floor. The private sauna, equipped with a sound system and relaxation area, is perfect for easing away any lasting worries. Our favourite spot has to be the bubbling jacuzzi on the terrace!
Villa Bracia is the perfect space for those who enjoy the outdoors. Surrounded by vineyards, orchards, and rose gardens and boasting its vegetable gardens, the property is a dream, a real oasis away!

- The nearest beach is a 20-minute drive away.
- The estate is located between the two most important archaeological sites, The Blaca Hermitage and Lovrečina Bay, in the countryside far away from the commotion of mass tourism.

About the surrounding area of Villa BraciaLocated on the island of Brac, Villa Bracia is a fabulous base for exploring Croatia’s offerings. Clients can take the nearby Brac ferry back to Split for the day to explore Diocletian’s Palace, which makes up Split’s old town. Villa Bracia is about a twenty-five-minute drive from Supetar, where supermarkets, restaurants, and the ferry port are located. Due to the remote location of the villa, we recommend hiring a 4x4 car locally.
Brac Island is the most extended and most elevated island in central Dalmatia. Make sure you try some of the olive oil on the island, the olives are of a rare variety called buhavica, and there’s over a half-million trees! Famous for the Zlatni Rat beach, which is known to be one of the most beautiful beaches you can visit and a real gem on the island!

A quite idyllic Croatian experience
If you are looking for a quite idyllic Croatian experience then there is no better place than Villa Bracia. The 180 degree panoramic, unhindered views across the island and Adriatic Sea are stunning both day and night. The owner Mirko, and his team are incredibly attentive, offering advice on local attractions, historic sites, best restaurants and beaches. The villa is very well appointed and a joy to spend time in from the first day to the last.
The Island of Brac is unspoiled, family friendly, quiet and enables the visitor to experience traditional Croatian life. Definitely worth a return trip.

Wonderful holiday!
It was a wonderful holiday, the location, unbeatable, fantastic views. A great help and always helpful the man for everything here Sead!!! He is more than just a caretaker!! Otherwise there isn't much to say... the access road to the villa is about 4 km from the main road to the house and could be improved if possible from the city/island... all the best to you all. Loved it!
We felt very comfortable at Villa Bracia. Anyone who appreciates closeness to nature will feel very comfortable in this house. We particularly loved the stunning views from the terrace over the sea and the mainland. Mirko and Sead were always available to us, always helpful and gave us excellent support with all our concerns.

Excellent Family Holiday
We had a fantastic time at Villa Bracia with our family. The villa offers all the comfort and modern facilities that allowed us to enjoy a relaxing holiday, but the 3 things that stood out for us most were: the quiet surroundings, the splendid view on the Dalmatian coast and Split (especially during sunset) and last but not least the warm hospitality of Mirko and Sead who made us feel at home immediately and shared with us local tips and suggestions.

Wonderfull Place!
The owner is amazing and we have found it difficult to peel ourselves away and see other parts of the Island! Sunday morning would be great, if we could know a time we will make sure we can be out of the way. You have truly created a wonderful place to stay especially for our honeymoon, hvala! We hope all is as well as it can be with your family.

That view!
We have loved every moment of this place. The comfort, the sunsets and that view. In fact, we saw for less of Bac than we planned because we were so happy chilling at the villa and making friends with the cat family. This is a very special place with a great host.

Simply Wonderful
We are usually independent travellers, sourcing places to stay on AirBnB etc, and it has been so refreshing to deal with Oliver's Travels, which seems to offer a bit of a halfway house between doing it all yourself and having a travel agent sorting a package. Nothing seemed too much trouble and we loved our box of goodies - a great, fun touch - thank you! I think we used them all, especially the blow up beach ball!
Villa Bracia was simply wonderful. I don't think the pictures on the website do it justice, to be honest, It was actually much larger and more luxurious than we expected. We just loved it. The owner was a very responsive and helpful host. I do think it would be useful for people to know about the very long stony track you need to negotiate to reach the villa - it provides the wonderful isolation and tranquillity that makes the villa so special but we would have chosen a more robust hire car, or one with a higher wheel base as that would have made it less nerve-wracking driving along that, especially at night!
