Overview
The arched and gated entry into this very special hill top villa only hints at the wonderful gardens and glorious views beyond. Villa Cadasse has been recently renovated and refurbished by the new owners with a cool white Caribbean theme with splashes of bright colours. Located on a breezy hilltop, you will find dramatic views of both The Atlantic Ocean over to Cas En Bas Bay and The Caribbean Sea toward Pigeon Point National Park.
The Master bedroom with king size bed is on the second floor and enjoys spectacular views through its large picture window. It is air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom. A spacious covered terrace, which adjoins this bedroom, is the perfect spot for just relaxing or enjoying a good book. Two additional air-conditioned bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be converted into one King size bed) with en-suite bathrooms are located on the lowest level of the house with views out to sea. Each of these bedrooms has a private terrace. Subject to availability, there is an optional sleeping space for a couple in neighbouring Orchid Cottage. Booking both allows up to eight guests to be accommodated at Villa Cadasse.
There is a spacious open plan sitting room with cable vision television and a music centre. This room leads into a dining area, an east facing patio and a large kitchen, equipped with every amenity.
An additional outdoor dining terrace, adjoining the pool, is oriented to the sunset view. The full size pool is edged with sea stones and the adjacent large wooden sun deck has a Caribbean view and chaises for sunning. There is a Whirpool (naturally heated by the sun) and an outdoor shower in the large pool deck.
For all those who travel to this island, tropical weather, glorious weather and the holiday of a lifetime truly does await.

About the Island & Getting There
About St Lucia
The Land, The People, The Light – St Lucia’s motto couldn’t be more representative of this captivating sovereign island nation. Witness dazzling scenery, be spellbound by the fascinating locals and allow for St Lucia to brighten your day and show you a new way to life.
St Lucia gained its independence from the British Commonwealth in 1979 and after centuries of a French presence, which is most visible today in the original Capital of Soufrière, St Lucia is famous for its Pitons & landscapes and vivacious community.
St Lucia really is a hiker’s Nirvana! Where to start? That’s a tough question. However, with the likes of - The Diamond Botanical Gardens, Enbas Saut Waterfall Trail, Pigeon Island National Park, Sulphur Springs Park Scenic Drive and Tet Paul Nature Trail – it doesn’t matter! These UNESCO listed sites are a sight to behold. If you're likely to take to the water, you'll be able to admire the rich marine biodiversity just off the shore of St Lucia. Over 60% of the marine area is made up of coral reefs and these are very poular with snorkelers and scuba divers. Just make sure you put time aside to relish these privileged land & seascapes.
Start your cultural trip downtown in Castries. Here you will be provided with more than enough entertainment for an afternoon and evening. The local Market runs throughout the week and is certainly the right place to come for exotic fruits and tantalising Street Food - the Green Fig & Salt Fish is local delicacy and it's not scarce, so perhaps try a few variants on this regional intricacy and let us know which is your favourite! The vendors are incredibly animated, so expect a show to be put on if you choose to explore this part of the island and brush up on those haggling skills. La Place Carenage and Point Seraphine are very popular Malls and if you bear in mind the added incentive of these complexes being Duty-Free, you and your guests will certainly get some good deals (A taxi back to your villa after such an excursion is suggested!).
Many holiday makers are surprised to learn of St Lucia’s rich cocoa legacy. Ever since the 1700’s this island has been producing cocoa related products, that are incredibly sought after all across the world. Morne Coubaril Estate and La Dauphine Estate specialise in showcasing how plantations use to gather & manufacture the Cocoa Bean fruit and organise educational tours. After learning all about St Lucia’s former booming cocoa industry, you will probably need some therapy…how about chocolate therapy like you’ve never encountered before? Enquire at some of the islands more renowned Spas and you’ll be able to experience the benefits of a chocolate facial and massage. Remember - Chocolate isn’t a food, it’s a medicine!
We have selected some of the most exciting villas on the island, so browse through these dreamy holiday homes and have a look at our cheeky little guide to St Lucia!
Prior to Booking
Please be aware that St Lucia is an island nation that experiences weather patterns dictated by the Atlantic Ocean to the north of the island and the Caribbean Sea to the south of the island. This tropical rainforest climate results in the island experiencing a hurricane season, which usually occurs between June to November. When thinking about booking your holiday to St Lucia, please consult Foreign travel advice for more information.

Incredibly Comfortable
The villa was incredibly comfortable with three large bedrooms that each had an ensuite bathroom, which was very nice for additional privacy. We loved that the bedrooms had air-conditioning, which we used at night. Our housekeeper, Sherma, provided fresh sheets and towels frequently for us and also prepared a delicious breakfast and lunch for us each day. She swept up in each room every day and threw out the trash in the bathrooms, so it was just like being at a hotel. She was very helpful, and purchased fresh fish then grilled it for us.
We loved having multiple areas to sit, to either have meals or read and lounge. The TV area was great too, so we could watch a program if we wanted to stop admiring the beauty around us.
We have two young girls, 3 years and 1.5 years old, and there were many lovely decorations that we had to immediately put away as well as cutlery and glassware from the kitchen as they were in low places and therefore, easy to reach. -
Sad to leave
Our family of four stayed at Cadasse Villa in January. The villa was lovely - spacious, well-maintained, comfortable and had a fabulous view of the countryside, the Carribean and the Atlantic ocean. We enjoyed the covered patio and pool area in the mornings and late afternoons at cocktail time. The four of us felt safe and secure with the Villa alarm system and in the gated community of Cap Maison.
Sharma, our cook and housekeeper, was a treasure! On our first morning, she went grocery shopping with us - giving valuable suggestions on choosing local produce and other items to use in preparing some of her favorite local Carribean recipes. The breakfasts and dinners she prepared were delicious. We were sad to say goodbye to Sharma and her helpful nephew and gardener, Brian, who kept the pool, patios and gardens clean. -
WOW-Look at the view
Our first impression of the villa as we walked through the front door was "WOW-Look at the view"!!!! The views through the large kitchen windows, dining area french doors and sitting area french doors was spectacular. The whole living area could be opened up to the trade winds making the villa very comfortable during the day. We loved the spaciousness and openness. The villa front terrace was huge and faces the Atlantic Ocean and always had a pleasant breeze. There was also a patio in the pool area that afforded shade throughout the day. Upstairs master bedroom suite also had a balcony that was covered with views of the Caribbean and Atlantic Oceans. Master bedroom was huge with a walk in closet (that had the only safe in the house) and bathroom had a walk-in shower. The two bedrooms downstairs were good size and had their own outside patio that paled in comparison to the upstairs outside areas. If you like hard beds you will love the beds. The kitchen was well stocked with everything Sherma needed to cook her fantastic meals. She has a sheet of suggested meals and items she can prepare. She was a joy to be around and went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Brian the handyman kept the pools and outside areas clean and was very friendly too. He also went out of his way to be truly helpful to us. FYI-House has a alarm system that does not allow you much time to get from the first gate door thru the front door to the alarm pad before going off! Pretty much have to run from door to door to pad to deactivate.
We rented a car for the week. The road system leaves a lot to be desired as they are still trying to recuperate from Hurricane Thomas. Any road other than the main road was bumpy and had pot holes and sometimes not even paved. We did not feel comfortable driving at night. Food that is not native to the island is very expensive. Don't forget to pick up your Super J Loyalty Card. It will save you some money. Piton Beer and Bounty Rum (made on the island) are very good! Pigeon Island Reserve & Beach, Rodney Bay Beach and Cas-en-bas Beach were all close to the villa.
Don't miss out! Reserve now and get a full refund if you change your mind within 48hrs.
