Marina Place belongs to a delightful collection of waterfront townhouses at Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia. Each house is painted a pretty colour and has traditional details.
The ground floor comprises a large, open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen space. The décor is modern and bright, with light walls and cool, tiled floors. This is a wonderfully sociable room for relaxing, dining and chilling out together, providing you with the plenty of opportunities for catching up with your favourite people. From here, you can step outside through French doors onto your private outdoor terrace.
Beyond your al fresco dining table, chairs and welcome shade, you have a totally tropical view! Sit back with a drink and soak up the beautiful blue of Rodney Bay harbour, the dazzling luxury yachts, the bright green of the palm trees, the rolling hills on the far side of the water and relax. You’ve arrived.
Also, on the ground floor, you’ll find two of Marina Place's bedrooms, one featuring a king size bed and the other including two single beds. Both rooms are en-suite and tastefully decorated. The master suite is found on the first floor and boasts a very spacious and luxuriously appointed en-suite bathroom. You also have a king size bed and private balcony from where you can sit and admire your very own, exclusive view of the harbour. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Guests at Marina Place have access to the shared pool, found at the heart of The Harbour development. The swimming pool is large, beautifully shaped and surrounded by a generous terrace for sun bathing or snoozing on a sun lounger. Landscaped gardens and tropical plants create a lush, green backdrop, providing shade and injecting tranquillity into this lovely corner of the Caribbean.
As well as enjoying wonderful views of the bay, Marina Place is walking distance to the fabulous Reduit Beach, award-winning marina, bars, restaurants and visitor attractions at Rodney Bay.
