- The property is spread over four tiers so those with mobility needs should know a spiral staircase will need to be navigated
- Car hire would be beneficial while staying at the villa to access all the amenities at beautiful Marigot Bay
- Please note the Deposit & Balance Due for your Holiday differ from Oliver's Travels regular Booking Agreement
- Children are welcomes at Villa Marigot
- A housekeeper will visit the villa 1 to 3 days weekly, depending on occupancy
- Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only
