Marigot Manor is a uniquely designed enclave set on a headland above Marigot Bay, where three acres of lush landscaped gardens frame commanding sea views and direct access to a small, secluded cove. An architectural masterpiece, the estate reflects a refined Italian influence that is seamlessly interwoven with an unmistakable Caribbean spirit, allowing indoor and outdoor living to flow effortlessly together. A verdant walkway leads to the main house, where a sprawling living room is revealed, flanked by a formal dining area designed to host up to twenty guests. From here, doors are opened onto a sweeping boardwalk that guides guests towards the expansive swimming pool and onward to a cliffside gazebo, where the horizon stretches endlessly and the atmosphere is defined by privacy and calm.
The estate is composed of the principal residence and three beautifully appointed cottages, offering seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms in total. Each cottage features two bedroom suites and a wet bar area, creating a sense of independence within the grounds. Amber Flamboyant presents an air conditioned master bedroom with en suite shower, a private patio with plunge pool, and a library that may be converted into a queen suite. Yellow Heliconia offers an air conditioned bedroom with en suite bath and outdoor shower, alongside a twin bedroom with private garden. White Frangipani is positioned at a lower level and includes two air conditioned bedrooms connected by a breezy living space. Within the main house, the St Lucia room provides an additional queen bedroom with en suite shower. Ideal for quiet repose or elegant entertaining, Marigot Manor comfortably welcomes multi family stays and remains moments from the historic yacht haven, dining, and boutiques of Marigot Bay.
- The property is set across three acres with cottages positioned at varying levels, including one at a lower level, which may not suit guests with reduced mobility
- A cliffside gazebo and headland position mean children should be supervised in outdoor areas and around the pool area at all times for safety reasons
- The estate accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms, offering a mix of king, queen, and twin configurations
- Please note that you will need to select 14 guests should you wish to have access to the entirety of the property. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room
Oliver's Extras
- Guests are granted exclusive access to Red Sunset, a 33ft powerboat complete with skipper and twin 275 HP engines. Stays of seven nights include two complimentary excursions, while five night stays include one, providing the opportunity to discover the breathtaking coastline or enjoy an exhilarating deep sea fishing experience. Fuel costs remain payable by the guest.
- Houskeepers (1 or 2 depending on size of party) - 7 days a week, Houseman - 7 days a week
- Cook service - 6 days a week: Breakfast & Lunch, additional meals are $200 per meal service
