Villa Balenciaga

An exquisite seven-bedroom villa located beside the private Minitas Beach, Villa Balenciaga enjoys all the amenities of the exclusive Casa de Campo resort. On the southern coast of the Dominican Republic, this incredible villa is easily accessible from the airport at La Romana and offers golf course views and a stunning private pool and hot tub.

The spacious and sophisticated property provides accommodation for up to fourteen guests, with everything on one level. Outside, a large covered terrace has seating and dining areas overlooking the pool area. The pool itself is impressively proportioned, incorporating an adjacent hot tub and right by a sun deck with a number of sun loungers. A barbecue, water features and large gardens can also be found at Villa Balenciaga.

The interiors are tastefully decorated and well designed, with a large lounge offering ample seating on comfy sofas. A dining area with seating for twelve leads directly out onto the terrace, and there’s a well-equipped kitchen too – although your chef, waiter and housekeeper will take care of everything.

The villa has seven bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Three of these rooms have king-size beds and all are kept cool and comfortable with air-conditioning. Some bedrooms also enjoy a private terrace or direct access to the pool area with its array of furnished chillout spaces.

Villa Balenciaga enjoys a peaceful, natural environment and is only a short walk or drive from many of the amenities of the Casa de Campo resort. These include three golf courses, tennis courts, a marina, spa and a variety of restaurants and entertainment venues. As well as the beach club at nearby Minitas Beach, guests at the resort can also enjoy the village of Altos de Chavon, around 6km from Villa Balenciaga, with its Mediterranean vibes and impressive amphitheatre concert venue.
