The secure resort community is known for its tranquil atmosphere while remaining within easy reach of Holetown, where a selection of boutiques, restaurants, and essential amenities can be found. From its elevated setting, gentle views of the Caribbean Sea are enjoyed, with golden sunsets forming a daily backdrop. The villa itself is thoughtfully designed as a semi-detached residence, surrounded by lush tropical greenery that enhances the sense of calm and seclusion. Time is best spent outdoors, where a private plunge pool and sun-drenched terrace create an inviting space for relaxed afternoons and evening cocktails.
Across the villa, three beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms are arranged to offer both comfort and privacy, with two located in the main house and a third set within a charming guest cottage. Interiors have been carefully furnished to reflect understated elegance, allowing for both relaxation and effortless entertaining. As part of Sugar Hill Estate, access is granted to an impressive collection of shared facilities, including a stylish clubhouse with restaurant and bar, a large swimming pool, tennis courts, and a fully equipped fitness centre. In addition, membership is included at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, where one of the island’s most idyllic stretches of sand can be enjoyed alongside water sports, beachside dining, and attentive service.
- The villa is semi-detached, so while privacy is maintained, it is not a standalone property
- The third bedroom is located in a separate guest cottage, which may not suit those wanting all rooms under one roof
- While a private plunge pool is available, it is smaller than a full-sized swimming pool
- Please note that you will need to select 6 guests should you wish to have access to all 3 bedrooms. Those selecting fewer guests will only have access to a prorated number of bedrooms based on 2 guests per room
- Access to estate and beach club facilities may be shared with other guests and residents
