Escape into the heart of the Ceredigion countryside and enjoy life as lord of the manor on your own magnificent eighteenth century Georgian country estate. Set within 4.5 acres of private grounds and surrounded by thick, varied woodland, Tregaron Manor offers a peaceful oasis of luxury holiday accommodation, where natural beauty and refined comfort sit side by side.
Inside, the house is finished to a pristine standard, with traditional British styling creating an atmosphere of romance and quiet grandeur. Spacious and well equipped throughout, the manor is perfectly suited to large gatherings while still offering plenty of space to relax. Downstairs, two inviting sitting rooms provide a choice of settings, one more formal with a cosy fireplace and the other arranged around a large television for laid back evenings. Upstairs, a generous third living room enjoys far reaching views towards the Cambrian Mountains. A dedicated dining room sits alongside a small kitchenette often used as a servery, while the family kitchen, complete with a Rayburn, double electric cooker and separate hob, is ideal for preparing shared meals.
There are seven bedrooms, in total, seven doubles and one twin, each with its own bathroom or shower room, as well as a separate house bathroom. Please note that there is an additional bedroom, accessed via both the landing and a staircase from another bedroom. However, the overall occupancy is limited to fourteen guests.
During the summer months, the outdoor spaces truly come into attachment. The forty foot swimming pool, heated from June to September, is accompanied by two changing rooms and an adjacent WC. An open fronted garden room, elegant patio dining area, barbecue and pizza oven make al fresco dining a highlight of warm evenings, whether gathering with friends over a glass of wine or enjoying long, relaxed family meals in the glow of the countryside.
