• This spectacular house is set in beautiful grounds including a fast-flowing river – it goes without saying that children will need to be supervised. 
• Guests do need to be able to safely manage stairs to the bedrooms, including a circular staircase with a rope banister to the second and third floors. 
• The house managers do not live on the estate but they do have an outside office that they will use during office hours (to oversee deliveries and other house-related business).
