Edinburgh Hill Penthouse makes a luxurious base for those wishing to explore the wonderful city of Edinburgh. It holds a fantastic location just a short distance from the city centre, while Murrayfield Stadium and Edinburgh Zoo are situated just a few minutes’ walk away.

The modern apartment has been designed with high attention to detail, boasting sophisticated interiors complete with sumptuous furnishings. The penthouse is great for families or a group of friends, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests across four spacious bedrooms and two sofa beds. The bright open-plan entertaining area comprises of the living room, kitchen and dining area and benefits from French doors which lead out onto a south-facing balcony with excellent views over Carrick Knowe Golf Course. The kitchen benefits from high-end NEFF appliances, while the large smart TV is perfect for a cosy movie night after a long day spent exploring the city! Two of the bedrooms benefit from having en-suite bathrooms as well as superking-size beds. The remaining bedrooms, a third superking and a single room share the use of a luxury family bathroom which comes complete with both a Jacuzzi bath and a TV!

Edinburgh Hill Penthouse is set within beautifully landscaped gardens and is just a short stroll from local beauty spots such as Corstorphine Hill Nature Reserve.

    Excellent penthouse apartment just minutes from the city centre, zoo, golf course etc. What a fantastic space, great views off the balcony over the golf course. The finish and fittings are quite superb. Decor is stylish and the vast open plan living room / kitchen is quite superb. Beds comfy and apartment extremely quiet and relaxing. Overall we found the apartment welcoming, warm and it was just such a special place to stay!

    If you're looking for the ultimate stylish apartment from which to explore the city of Edinburgh, look no further. We found Paul's fabulous and superbly equiped penthouse flat conveniently located in the secluded suburb of Carstorphine. The neighbourhood is quiet but still close to main transport links, which meant we could leave the car safely parked and take the tram into the City. The apartment has just about every luxury you can think of, from comfy sofas, deep pile carpets, large, cosy beds and the latest in shower and bath technology, which we particularly enjoyed! The views from the balconies over the golf course to the hills beyond are outstanding. We mostly ate out but if you feel the need, the kitchen is superbly equiped, even for the most demanding of chefs (which I'm not). Overall, we couldn't recommend it highly enough and would definately stay here again. Thanks also to Jen and Hayley, who looked after us well, both in the booking process and in showing us around when we arrived.

    Fantastic well appointed penthouse flat with everything you could possibly want and more. We had a superb 3 nights and kids loved the jacuzzi bath and TV in bathroom. Stunning views over the pentland hills. Peaceful location and easy to get in and out of town on main bus routes or tram with 2 stops in close proximity to the flat. Private secure car parking ideal. Would highly recommend.
