Inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting — from the glow of the open fire in the sitting room to the wood-panelled dining room perfect for leisurely dinners. The kitchen, with its freestanding units and characterful quirks, opens onto a sunny breakfast area where mornings begin slowly, with coffee and garden views. Bedrooms are dressed in crisp Egyptian linens, with two stylish ensuites featuring cast iron baths and period fittings.
Wander outside into your own private garden, ideal for evening barbecues or a quiet moment beneath the trees. And when the mood strikes, stroll just minutes down the lane to The Saracen’s Head — a friendly Georgian inn serving hearty, seasonal fare. Guests are also welcome to explore the majestic Hall and its vast parkland, where stories of the past unfold with every step. A tranquil hideaway, full of history, character and charm.
- There are open water features and unfenced areas within the estate grounds, so children should be supervised when exploring outdoors.
- Due to the property's historic layout, some rooms have uneven floors and low doorways.
- The single bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with one of the doubles, which may impact privacy for some guests.
- Please note that the estate is currently undergoing restoration works. As a result, there may be periods of intermittent construction noise during your stay. The works are expected to be completed by 31 December 2026.
