Set within 15 acres of beautiful Herefordshire countryside just six miles from Hereford, this elegant estate features a charming country house, private chapel and a purposefully renovated party barn. Couples enjoy exclusive use of the property, creating a wonderful private and celebratory setting for their special day. With exceptional seasonal food, an experienced in-house team and beautiful grounds, it offers a warm and welcoming setting for a special day.

Wedding Ceremony
Highbrook Court offers 11 ceremony locations across the estate. Ceremonies can take place in the on-site chapel, in the gardens and grounds, or in other indoor spaces within the house. Several indoor options are available as a back-up if the weather changes.
Wedding Reception
Receptions can be held indoors or outdoors, with the converted party barn providing a fantastic setting for dining, music and dancing. The main celebration usually finishes around midnight, though timings may sometimes be negotiated. A smaller After Party Den allows up to 28 guests to continue celebrating into the early hours. Marquees may also be permitted.
Additional Fees for Events
Weddings are usually arranged as a bespoke two-night stay, including exclusive use of the venue, accommodation for up to 28 guests, food, drink and full staffing. Venue hire starts from around £6,000, with final pricing depending on the package.
Restrictions on Decorations and Themes
There are no restrictions on decorations or themes. Fireworks are permitted only around Bonfire Night and New Year’s Eve weekends.
Wedding Planning
Couples are supported by in-house event and catering managers, who guide them through the planning process and oversee the day. The venue can also provide a trusted list of recommended suppliers developed over 16 years of hosting weddings.
Catering
Catering is provided by the venue’s in-house chefs, who create seasonal menus using carefully sourced ingredients, including produce from the estate where possible. Couples work with their catering manager to develop a bespoke menu. External caterers are not permitted and corkage fees apply.
Wedding Packages
Furniture is included, with additional styling items available from a curated hire list. The two-night format allows time for relaxed celebrations, such as a departure brunch, BBQ or Sunday lunch.

The house accommodates up to 28 guests. Additional accommodation can be found in Hereford, just 6 miles away.
Venue Accessibility
The venue is easily reached from Hereford and offers ample complimentary on-site parking.
Venue Back-Up
If outdoor ceremonies are not possible due to weather, indoor ceremony spaces are available.
Wedding Suppliers
A recommended suppliers list is available, though couples may discuss alternative suppliers with the venue.
Flexibility on Duration
While a two-night stay is most common, longer or alternative stays can be discussed.
Children
Children are welcome to attend the wedding. The venue prefers no more than four children aged 1–10 staying overnight in the house and can recommend wedding crèche services.
Security Measures
A night porter and security are present during weddings.
Noise Restrictions
The venue operates a noise management plan, though the party barn allows music and dancing to continue comfortably.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the house, gardens and grounds throughout the celebration.
Please note that event rentals may incur additional charges and higher security deposits.
