Combining the beautifully restored manor and its private barn annexe, this exceptional and historic estate accommodates 12 to 14 guests, bringing together 16th century heritage, thoughtful design and modern comfort for unforgettable stays by the sea.
The main house welcomes up to ten guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, with generous living spaces designed for both relaxation and socialising. Original period features sit comfortably alongside refined contemporary touches, creating an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Four inglenook fireplaces add warmth and character, while the spacious kitchen, complete with a large island, wine fridge and Falcon range cooker, provides the perfect setting for preparing leisurely breakfasts, celebratory dinners and everything in between. A living room with pool table, cosy reading snug and TV room ensure there is room for everyone to enjoy their own pace of holiday.
Adjacent to the manor, the historic barn offers a delightful retreat for two to four additional guests. Carefully restored with exposed beams, heritage details and gorgeous finishes, the barn combines intimacy and comfort with its own entrance and little courtyard. The striking cast iron bath in the bedroom creates a sense of indulgence, making it an ideal space for a couple seeking a little extra privacy while remaining connected to the wider group.
Outside, landscaped gardens, a croquet lawn and a spacious terrace invite long afternoons in the fresh air. Gather for al fresco dining, enjoy a glass of wine as the sun begins to set or simply savour the slower rhythm of coastal life. With parking for five cars and EV charging points, every detail has been considered for a seamless stay.
Located on Devon’s UNESCO World Heritage Jurassic Coast, Stellar Haven enjoys an enviable position just 500 metres from Beer Beach. The village’s winding lanes, independent cafés, welcoming pubs and local galleries are all within easy walking distance. Beyond Beer, guests can explore the dramatic coastal scenery of Branscombe, ride the heritage Seaton Tramway through the Axe Valley, discover the famous fossil beaches of Lyme Regis or enjoy the Regency charm of Sidmouth.

- Even though you are in the heart of a bustling seaside town and within walking distance of the beach, we strongly recommend bringing a car to make the most of the surrounding area. Parking for up to five cars is available, along with three EV charging points.
