- There is a ground floor single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, which might be more suited to guests with mobility issues.
- We strongly advise bringing a car during your stay at Rosewood Farmstead. The nearest town is close by, but the roads can be dangerous to walk along.
- Whilst the farmhouse sleeps up to 16 guests, there are 6 bedrooms. The bedrooms sleep between 1 and 4 guests. Please see ‘About This Property’ for more details.
- Please note that due to being a 750 year old property, ceiling heights are restrictive in places.

Whether you are considering an intimate event or a larger party for up to 150 guests, the experienced staff are available to help you with your dream wedding. Say your vowels beneath the rustic arbour before raising a glass of prosecco within the walled garden with the loveliest of views of the rolling Devonshire hills. A marquee with festoon lighting could be the perfect spot for your wedding feast following by dancing into the evening.
The newly-weds and close family/friends can then retire to the historic farmhouse (sleeping up to 16) whilst there is also the possibility to arrange camping/glamping for a handful of other fortunate guests.
