Countryside lovers will fall in love with Can Pinyana, a gorgeous holiday home surrounded by lush green hills. The sizeable gardens are home to towering palm trees and exotic plant life. At Can Pinyana, guests will have easy access to the best that the island has to offer. Guests will be near to the island’s glorious beaches, with Cala Tarida and Cala Moli just a short drive away. The pretty village of San Jose and the lively Ibiza Town are also easily reachable by car.

The beach-style house boasts an outdoor lounge complete with comfy sofas, a coffee table and an elegant wooden dining table. The outdoor kitchen and dining area comes complete with an oven and stove as well as surfaces to prepare food on. Sun loungers and umbrellas are dotted along the pool deck as well as outdoor sofas at the front of the pool. Guests will love being out in the luxurious gardens, where they can admire the countryside surroundings, full of flourishing tropical trees.

Can Pinyana’s garden is spectacular. Designed in a graceful and refined style, plants grow artistically down the home’s white walls and a large tree makes a lovely natural centrepiece on the sizeable lawn.

The home’s indoor living room holds a plush L-shaped sofa set around a chic glass fireplace, and has walls decorated with striking contemporary artwork. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the appliances required to create and serve a range of tasty dishes.

All of the bedrooms have their own styles and with tastefully printed and patterned furnishings and some bright splashes of colour. You will adore retreating to your room each night to indulge in some much needed me time.

S'Espartar is the nearest restaurant to home. The venue boasts lovely fresh food cooked to perfection and is an authentic way to sample traditional Ibizan cuisine.

The restaurant prepares tasty Mediterranean and Spanish food and the seafood and paella is beautifully fresh, it’s a must-try! S'Espartar is usually packed with locals and provides glorious views over the green hills of the island. There is also a small playground where kids can play together while you sip your cocktail as the sun goes down.

Cala Jondal Beach is a lovely beach popular with holidaymakers seeking luxury and celebrities. The upmarket beach is surrounded by enchanting pine forests and distinctive cliffs and boasts a plethora of beach restaurants to choose from.

Tropicana Beach Club is one of those choices. The restaurant has a huge menu serving a variety of dishes, from delicious snacks to full blown meals – you’re bound to find something you fancy here. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3,000 paid via bank transfer to the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4:00 pm.
Departure time 10:00 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Towels are changed daily and linens are changed once a week on Wednesdays.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights and weekly stays only. Please enquire for other durations.
Changeover day Saturday during peak season. Flexible during other periods.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & vaping are not permitted.
Tax Included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay
Other Ts and Cs - A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).
