The open-plan living room and dining area are perfect for chilling out with family and friends. It features plush cream sofas, quality light wood furniture, and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The dining area has a modern and stylish glass-topped table that seats up to eight guests and looks out over lush green lawns.
The four beautifully appointed bedrooms promise guests a peaceful, relaxing night's sleep. There is a bedroom with three single beds, another with two singles, a double room and a king-size room. Guests share three modern family-size bathrooms with elegant decor and high-end facilities.

About the surrounding area of Villa AmagatVilla Amagat is situated in Ciutadella, which guidebooks often refer to as 'Menorca's prettiest city.' An excellent base for day trips to the island's local beaches and other highlights, the former capital is famous for its historic harbour, street art culture and gentle buzzing nightlife. The pastel-hued streets make a refreshing change from the white-painted towns of the region and are dotted with little shops and delis where you can pick up some local produce to enjoy back at the villa. Oliver recommends heading down to the marina during your stay, where you'll find a variety of cafes and restaurants serving up delicious fare to suit all tastes and budgets, as well as offering spectacular views.
The nearest beach to Villa Amagat is Playa Cala Blanca, 1 km away (around 3 minutes by car). Set in the small town of Cala Blanca, this golden sandy beach is a fabulous location for enjoying some of the best sunsets in the Med and an excellent spot for spending a day soaking up the sun. The beach is popular with families thanks to its warm, calm, clear waters, soft sands, and amenities that include sun-lounger and umbrella hire, as well as with those who love to snorkel! Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants are nearby for refreshments, gift shops - and even an Irish pub!

THE REGION
Ciutadella's historical city is located on Menorca's extreme west coast. It used to be the capital of culture and commerce in Menorca, and although it has not been this for a long while, it is still a very attractive city with a wonderful heritage and real appeal.
Visit Es Born, the historic part of the city. If you like culture and historic churches, medieval-looking streets all accompanied by traditional Spanish restaurants, make sure you take a look on your stay. The mix is perfect with most tastes in music catered and perfect for late-night entertainment.
Ciutadella doesn't have its own beach, but just 3 kilometres away are the small beaches of Cala Santandria and Sa Caleta and further afield are Cala'n Blanes, Cala'n Forcat, Cala Blanca and Cala'n Bosch.

Any villa with a private pool will be popular with the kids. They'll love the uniquely-shaped pool here at Villa Amagat, which is easily accessible via steps and a ladder and even features a small diving board! Parents should note that although ample space around the pool makes it safe for children to walk without getting too close to the water, it is unfenced and has no handrails, so adult supervision is required. Sporty kids will enjoy using the villa's ping-pong table and tennis court - and you can relax knowing that all areas are private and secured. Two of the bedrooms within the villa have single beds (five in total), making it easy to accommodate the kids, and a toddler bed and cot are also available. Familiar home comforts include a large TV and WiFi, so keeping the little ones entertained indoors while you cook meals or prepare for the day ahead should be easy and stress-free.
Villa Amagat is a great place for a family vacation, with nearby family-friendly activities such as a golden sandy beach just over a kilometre away, clear, calm waters for swimming and snorkelling, and a range of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The historical sites of the city of Ciutadella, including the 19th-century fortress Fortaleza de la Mola, offer fascinating experiences for kids to explore. It is advisable to visit with children early in the morning or late in the afternoon due to the high temperature during midday and the lack of shaded areas.

Great
Regarding the Villa, it must be said that it is impressive, its infinite garden is marvellous, all corners are cared for to the smallest detail. The house is newly renovated and all its rooms and bathrooms are very large and above all very comfortable.
Having a private tennis court is a dream and, above all, playing tennis in the middle of this garden is a real luxury. The location and access are very good, very close to Ciutadella and the beaches. Thank you very much for everything, we hope to return this summer! -

Primera mente dar las gracias a Anne y a su marido por ser tan amables y estar pendientes siempre de nosotros.
Referente a la Villa, hay que decir que es impresionante, su jardín infinito es una maravilla, todos los rincones están cuidados al más mínimo detalle. La casa esta recién reformada y todas sus habitaciones y baños son muy grandes y sobretodo muy cómodas.
Esto de tener pista de tenis privada es un sueño y sobretodo jugar al tenis en medio de este jardín es un auténtico lujo.
La ubicación y acceso son muy buenos, muy cerca de Ciutadella y de las playas.

Totalmente recomendable
El sitio es precioso, muy amplio y lo que ves en las fotos es totalmente verídico. Todas las instalaciones están en perfecto estado y funcionamiento. Impecables. Además, tienen todas las medidas de seguridad de Covid-19, desinfectado y con gel en varios puntos de la casa.
Te sientes en como si fuera tu casa. La ubicación es inmejorable, se respira una tranquilidad, y en tan solo 4 minutos estas en la preciosa Ciudadela, con todas las comodidades de una ciudad.
Es la posibilidad de disfrutar de tu propio paraíso personal en Europa, con toda su amplitud, sus zonas verdes, piscina instalaciones.... su zona arbolada. es un lujo a alcance de la mano.
Relación calidad- precio es inmejorable, sin duda fue una muy buena elección. Los anfitriones están pendientes de ti por si necesitas algo. Muchas gracias.
Lo malo es que estuvimos pocos días, así que volveremos a Menorca. y por supuesto al mismo sitio. -

Una de las mejores casas de vacaciones que he alquilado, sin duda el jardín es maravilloso e inmenso. La casa tiene habitaciones muy grandes, el salón tiene unas vistas maravillosas y la cocina esta muy bien equipada. Es un lujo levantarse en esta casa, disfrutar de la tranquilidad y solo escuchar los pájaros que están en el jardín y en los árboles. A los que nos gusta jugar al tenis es maravilloso poder jugar en una pista privada en medio de la naturaleza.
